Dear friends and loved ones:

In the light of the terrible tragedy that occurred here this week, I would like to share these thoughts with you.

Forgiveness allows us to move on. It's one of the great principles of life emanating from the human heart to the world. It's a teaching that has been passed down through the ages, yet never listened to or recognized for its importance in humankind surviving its own madness. It opens the heart and lets us live in the radiance of spirit. Until the world learns to forgive...terror, war, vengeance, hate...all vehicles that bring death and destruction will persist. But forgiveness starts with each and every one of us. First we must forgive ourselves. We have nothing to be guilty of or fearful of, nothing but our own inability to stay centered and keep our hearts open. We are all worthy of wonderful lives, but the wonderment of life will not be there if we keep tearing ourselves apart. We look into a mirror and do not see what is there. Life is the mirror. It reflects every human being's view of reality. It shows us what we have to do to learn to forgive.

These are hard principles for people to learn. Thus there's hatred, prejudice, genocide, etc., but the moment we open our hearts and love, the moment we learn to be happy, forgiveness finds it's way to the core of our being. We can let the world be. We can see suffering in every person's eyes and realize suffering brings us all closer to the universal spirit.

These are precious thoughts. Please forward them to friends and loved ones.

God bless you all,

Stuart
