Dear Friends and loved ones:

It's a time for every one of us to take a good look in the mirror and to see what is truly there. Tragedy comes and goes, but the greatest tragedy is the lack of consciousness in people...the thought that we will never die...the black spot in every human being that denies death and makes us live in a bubble. Life is a Divine Comedy. If we can only learn to laugh at it...if we can only learn to open our hearts and live a life full of joy and happiness.

There is nothing but God's creation all around us and if we open to it, if we learn to live in the moment, if we expect nothing and have no preconceived ideas, then the moment becomes precious and we can accept both life and death. But death is impossible to accept if we don't live happy lives. If we live happy lives, there is no death, there's just the dance of life and it moves in and out of shadows and light.

These are trying times, but they're also times for deep inner reflection, times that force us to look into the mirror and to stop seeing what isn't there.

All my love,

Stuart
